The Meadows at Otter Creek offers 34 one and two-bedroom units plus a guest suite and a unit for the on-sight Resident Managers. The complex is two stories with a lower level and has an elevator which provides tenants and their guests access to all three levels.

The sizes and rental costs for each apartment vary according to square feet of living space:

• One bedroom units are 580 to 652 square feet
• One bedroom units with den are 807 to 859 square feet
• Two bedroom units are 840 to 904 square feet

The monthly rental cost includes:
